The only thing you have to do is to make sure to select the appropriate level of protection for your period days!
* Light flow is perfect for the lighter end of your period, spotting days, bladder leakage or back up with your cup.
** Moderate flow is perfect for the middle days of your period, as extra back up to your cup or tampon and for bladder leakage.
*** Heavy flow is perfect for the first heavy days of your period, keeping you protected on their own.
**** Overnight flow is perfect for those first heavy nights of your period, keeping you protected on their own all through the night with the higher protection in the back.
