To request a return/exchange - please email support@rosaseven.com with your order number + your desired request.

NOTE: please make sure you chose the appropriate level of protection for your type of flow and always feel free reach out to us if you have any questions.

* we do not issue refunds for circumstances outside of our control such as improper care, inappropriate protection choice, washing or drying errors.

Returns Policy on Alice Period Bathing Suit:
The Alice Period Bathing Suit can be exchanged for a different size on any unworn item. Or Returned within 14 days for store credit on our website

Warranty

Each warranty is evaluated on a case by case basis.

We strive to provide the best sustainable period underwear on the market.

However, circumstances outside of our control include improper care and handling, incorrect laundry detergent use and incorrect drying protocols (eg tumble drying).

Recommended Washing Protocol :

We advise you to wash your products before using them for the first time to optimize absorbency.

1. After each use, rinse them under cold water until the water runs clear
(they can then wait for your next load of laundry).
2. Machine wash in cold water.
3. Do not use any softener or bleach.
4. Do not use laundry detergent with glycerin as an ingredient.
5. Do not tumble dry: hang to dry

Detergents without Glycerin Ingredients :

Natural detergents :
ECOS Liquid Laundry, Eco-Max, Nature Clean, Himalayan Soapnuts, Aspen Clean

Traditional detergents :
Tide, Purex, Ivory

The ingredient glycerin can be listed as :
Glycerin, Glycereth cocoate, Glyceryl Cocoate, Vegetable Glycerin, Glycerin Pharmaceutical Grade
